Fido trade in

I noticed there is a $100 trade in bonus for my iPhone 11 64gb black but when I go to put it through I don't see it.

Is this real?

Can you tell us what you do see please? I've tried it myself on on our FidoTRADE website and I'm seeing a trade-In value of up to $205.00 and a $100 trade up bonus for the iPhone 11 64 GB model in Black.
