I've bitten the bullet and grabbed a new device from the Payment Program but I'm now concerned. My phone is 615$ (in full, no "specials")+13% tax (79.95) = $694.95, so my monthly payment for the phone only is $28.95 (thats with taxes included). But everywhere I look, I see it being totalled as such:
Basically, it always shows my month-to-month service (phone plan) without taxes, and my financial program WITH taxes, and so it makes it seem as if I'll be paying taxes on top of $88.95, when I should only be paying taxes on the $60, since $28.95 is the price of the phone with taxes included.
Does anyone have a confirmation that the monthly bill doesn't tax you on top of the financing program payment?
