Fido Brightstar phone and device protection is scam

My wife was pay for fido brightstar phone and device protection from more then year. When we needed there service they asked us to send them device. We sent them device and came back without repair. They asked us to send again and we did but again returned back to us without repair. I tried to call brightstar many times and asked me to send the device again for repair. This is so frustrating. Every time i call them they give me a different reason. When asked to give replacement device they refused. They are scam just ripping you off. Never ever buy fido brightstar device protection.

I'm sorry to hear that your service request was not successfully completed. Just to confirm, was your device not repaired? Or did you mean that your service request was in order to get a device exchange and they processed a repair instead?

They would usually provide you with the details of their decision, did they communicate that to you as well?
