I got iPhone 14 pro 128gb not open yet but just exchange with iPhone 14 pro 256GB. How to do?

DEFECTIVE IPAD AND IPHONE - Please help The President office handled these matter and i could not reached them until they got back to me in May 2023 The ipad FREEZES , constant disconnect , not able to log in - DEFECTIVE -LEMON MY PHONE HAS THE SAME ISSUES . HEATS UP AND DOES NOT RING FROZEN-- PLEASE HELP. I Cant log in to my work conference and worried that job in stake .

If your devices are still under warranty you can take them to any Apple store and have them look at them, you can also do the same if the warranty period has passed.
