I lost my cell phone. Got a refurbished replacement from brightstar after paying $452 which they sent using UPS. Shipment was delayed for more than two weeks, I was without any cell phone for 1 week.. Then i ordered a sim card from fido. That reached my house in two days with purolator before even i got a replacement phone. After opening package i found there is no iphone sim card slot pin, and there are no headphones. I am paying $13 since 2016, which amounts to $234, Called brightstar the agent raised a ticket for missing things. they declined it saying i am not entitled for it. Am i not entitled for everything since they get a full payment. If they do not want to give headphone and sim slot pin. They should refund $35 as a cost for headphones.
