Dead signal at Scarborough north

Every time I drove to Scarborough north on Steeles Ave east from McCowen rd. To Markham road. The LTE was dead, it shows the signal bar full, but can not send and receive data, if stay the 5955 Steeles Walmart parking lot, more worst .. anyone had this experience?
