is there a way to see what usage created a data overage?  I have no idea how i used 100 MB, and have never even come close to using my 250 MB limit before.

Thanks

Hey @Community !

Although this thread is old, I wanted to refer you all to check out our blog on how to stay on top of your data usage here

There you'll find ways on how to track your usage based on your phone and tips on how to control your usage.

Hope that helps! Smiley

To add to what AdamBeast said, if you're using an iPhone, you can see a list of apps & their data usage by going in Settings > Cellular, and then scrolling down.

Cheers! Smiley

Hello Toby99.

Depending on the type of device you use, you can verify in your settings which application uses more data.

Watching videos uses up data really quickly. I would suggest to make sure to closes your applications in the background to make sure that no internet is used up.

If you are using an android phone, you can go to "Settings" -> "Data usage", then scroll down, you will finda list for data usage per each apps installed on your phone.
