What is the logic to sell eSIMs which can be sold online as there is no physical entity involved? Simply to extort money?

An eSIM can be purchased in store or through our customer service channels. The card's activation can be done by the agent assisting you as well.

Please note that all retail stores who sell Fido products have eSIMs (except Best Buy). Hope this helps!
