Hi Kalia, I had the same issue. I ordered a Iphone 15 pro. They told me I won't be charged until the device is shipped. 

They also told me my order was received at warehouse. 

My credit card was already charged and until now I don't have any confirmation email or tracking #

The email notification will be sent once the order is ready to be shipped. 

It's important to know that the new iPhone series is very high in demand and therefore backordered. It can take a few weeks for you to receive the email. Rest assured though, if the order was received, you will be shipped the device as soon as we receive it.

I see your order is received at warehouse please allow sometime you will get a email regarding your delivery, If not please reach back to us within

1 -2 business day

it's been more than 2 business day (Just would like fido to be honest if there's a delay ) why have us order the phone if none is left in their inventory???
