Changing pin, now locked out of my phone - anyone can help?

I was trying to change my pin on my phone, i kept getting the pin wrong, now it has blocked me out, what do I do?

I cant use my phone now, and it is asking me for a PUK

I cannot seem to lock my phone because My "PIN" is incorrect, but I don't even have a pin to be incorrect. HELP PLEASE ASAP ! ( My phone urgently needs to be LOCK

If its a keyguard you are trying to activate, I've never been asked for a pin to enable a key guard. I DO know that if you want to enter a password every time you turn your phone on, that is not related to locking the keys, thats a different lock called a sim pin.

when it asked you for the PIN, what pin did you enter? were you making up any number at random?
