Hi, I've been a Fido customer for almost two years now, with an iPhone 4, and have up to now had no complaints or trouble with the service. However, since Tuesday my phone has had no phone or 3G service ("No Service" in the top left of the screen). I have only had access to data or iMessage through Wifi. My account is not showing any outstanding payments or any reason why I might have been disconnected, so I am assuming this is either a mistake at Fido's end or a problem with my phone. Can anyone help?
