Cant save pictures on gs3

When trying to save pictures I get throuhg text messages, it always askes me to label jpeg.2. And when I do that it erases a picture I already had saved.

Change the name of the picture you are saving.

You are erasing prior pictures because you can't have two pictures with the same name.
