Yesterday I received a sim from one of your stores. It took a while for the SIM to work on my Samsung Galaxy S8, but when I left the store I was able to recieve/send texts and use LTE/+ data. It was only when I got home that I realised I cannot make or receive calls. My Samsung Galaxy S8 although bought in the UK is unlocked and is still working with my Canadian virgin mobile prepaid SIM.

Good morning @MDGrunnill , that's a frustrating issue to have. What I have done in the past, with changing between different carrier Sim cards is remove the sim, restart the device without the simple then put the simple back in and restart it again. That works for me when I'm traveling. I'm by no means an expert on this but I do travel a fair bit, well I did before covid and will again. 😉
