Cancelling Contract Early

Currently, I have 4 months until my iPhone 6s' balance is $0 and the contract ends. I was wondering if I am able to just pay my device balance right now and end my contract early? Would I be charged any cancellation fees of any sort if I do so?

Hey @Latheeshan !

You can certainly buy out your remaining device balance at any time.

This balance would automatically be applied to your next bill if you make any of these changes :

- Change your plan to a Bring Your Own Phone option

- Upgrade your phone

- Cancel the line.

There wouldn't be any other fees generated, only the remaining phone tab.

Is there a specific reason you were looking to pay it before the end of your agreement?

I'm looking to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 11 or iPhone 11 Pro. I saw a great deal on Freedom Mobile, which is why I would like to get that. Thanks for helping!
