I have purchased the apple care protection plan from Fido for over one year. However, when I went to the Apple store, the staff told me that I cannot use it because I don't have the plan. It doesn't show on my phone that i have the apple care plan.
The thing is the phone plan with Fido shows me I pay every month for the Apple care plan. I called Fido, the customer specialist said I have the plan. Somehow they don't know how to enroll me in the plan. They asked me to call Livewise insurance company which is responsible for all the Fido protection phone plans. Funny thing is that this company cannot locate me in their system. Therefore, I paid for Apple care plan, but I cannot use it. I have to pay more to fix my phone.

I'm sad to hear that you're unable to use your protection plan at the moment.
When you signed up for the protection did you receive any e-mail or text confirmation that you've been enrolled? In most cases you should receive a welcome message either by text or by e-mail.
Also, did you notice the charge for the protection plan on your bills?
If you don't have both of these, it's possible the protection plan wasn't added to your account.
