I want to exchange my phone from s9 to iPhone X’s max.
I called customer care care and they like I can only get it through reservation and not. Through customer care ....
i have credit on rhe account and wanr to just pay the difference. Is it possible ?

Did you happen to see the reply to your previous thread, here? The iPhone Xs and Xs Max are currently only available through reservation. In addition, it appears as though those phone models are backordered (see here).
If you wish to exchange your phone, you will likely have to return your phone first and reserve an iPhone XS Max via the online reservation system.
