Activation New SIM card: Old SIM card not valid

Hello,

I got my new phone and new SIM card a while back and when I went to activate the new SIM card the old SIM card appeared to be not valid even though I just took it off of my fully functioning old phone.  How can I activate my new SIM card?

SAme problem. How about you just post the solution instead of sending us a PM? This way new users don't neeed to wait for you to come online to use their new phones

Hi,

 

I'm also having the same problem updating my SIM card. The site comes back with "old SIM card number is not valid". 

 

I've tried different browsers and have made sure that I have entered the SIM card numbers correctly, without spaces. 

 

Can someone please help?

its unreal to me how you cant make a website that can function properly.

to update a seem card i have tried 4 different browsers and get the same error.

 

have been waiting on the phone for 37 mins (and counting) to update my sim from your end.
