Hello, I am a fido mobile customer, I would like to know how I could access my bills from the past 36 months. Online I see a limitation of only having access to the past 18 months.
Hey @Eyez1. You can access your Fido bills from the past 18 months on your Fido.ca. If you need bills from a prior period, please contact us through one of our servicing channels and we'll be glad to help.
