Dear Fido,

My name is Vincent and am writing for an appeal to be given consideration as it concerns my bill. I should have paid by now but I lost my job and was not able to earn some money to pay my phone bill.

I also noticed I was suspended and a charge was issued because of that. Kindly help me lift this charge and suspension as am ready to start paying the outstanding balance from today 9th May 2023 till it is paid off.

Please am a student and I just got another job which will enable me pay my Bill. 

I really need to be considered. 

I will be glad if my REQUEST is granted.
