voicemail

I got voicemail but I can't get access to it when I press & hold on "1". I can't find any other way to get acess to it. Any help?

What happens when you press and hold the ''1'' key? Do you get an error message?

If you have the regular voicemail, you can try dialing +1 416-821-6549. If you have the iPhone visual voicemail, you can try +1 647-839-6178.
