voice message time wrong

When reviewing my voice messages through the phone, it's registering them at odd times. It's stating a boice message came in at 00:14 but it actually came in at 1:30 pm. Is there a timezone change i need to make somewhere?

What kind of phone are you using? Also, are you only having this issue with one message or with all your voice messages?

What phone model are you using right now?

And which time zone your phone is set up to?

Iphone X  . 

my timezone  as far as i can tell is EST/EDT. 

the date time on the phone are accurate., but the time on the voicemails is off by many hours.

The timestamp for the voicemail will be based on the network and not your phone's date/time settings. 

That said, we would need a few more details to better assist you:

1. Is the caller or the number leaving the voicemail message form the same time zone as you?
2. Have you also tried to test it out with another phone if you can replicate the discrepancy?
