i'm the primary holder of this account but i can't view my usage, they said that billing details are only available to the primary acount holder..Please advice..thankyou

Hey @ramelnavaera,
That's because when you registered for your online account, you must have selected the ''subscriber'' option instead of choosing ''account holder''. Billing informations are only available to the account holder.
