Hi There, got an email (around 7pm today) saying my fido wireless service has been cancelled. I did not request cancelling this service and now I cannot use the service anymore. No phone, no text....Could anyone help me with that? thanks~~

Did the email mention a specific date when the cancelation will take place?

I finally got my cell service back. Called Fido several times on a day after my service has been cancelled(Oct. 18). The fido guy from my last call on that day helped me take my service back. But he did not tell me why my service is cancelled. I was told that my case has been reported to fraud? department. However I have not got any call back to tell me why. I indeed received serveral call asking me why I left from Fido and would like to give me an offer....
Anyway, thanks for help, at least I can use my service now..33613
