view usage not showing message usage for 56/57 plan customers

since i switched to this plan, i am not able to track my message usage anymore

when i click open section, all i see is "there's no usage occurred since the beginning of billing cycle"

 

if my plan is unlimited, shouldn't it say unlimited instead of no usage?

Hey jaliy82!

You are correct. If you have unlimited text messaging, you should still be able to see the usage with an unlimited mention next to it.

It's possible that this is a glitch. I would wait until the start of your next billing cycle and if it persists, then, I'd contact customer service to have an investigation opened.
