Just a head's up that this has been resolved. All calls for those located in BC should be working Smiley

I’m having the same problem but for long distance.  This isn’t the first time....frustration!

I am unable to make any phone calls, literally any. None of them are going through. 

 

I tried to reboot my phone, put it on flight mode and all the basics, but nothing is working. 

 

Data works though.

 

Extra details: I use an s8+ and I have been using this same plan for the last 2 years. Nothing has changed in terms of usage. 

 

Let me know what I can do to fix this!

Can you and @Johnboez confirm where you're located?

 

We're currently aware that some customers in BC cannot make calls to other carriers or receive calls from other carriers.

 

Data and SMS services are working fine and our teams are hard at work to restore service asap!

 

We'll keep you posted with updates

Can you give use some more details, whats the make and model of the phone? Did you recently became a Fido customer or change your plan?
