Data not working

I recently upgraded my plan from talk and text to data talk text with a new phone. There are 6 days left in my bill cycle. My data is not working on my phone since doing the upgrade. Any ideas how to get it to work??

Are you still unable to access your data? If so, please let us know the following so we can help you figure this out:


1. Have you tried to restart your phone?


2. Please confirm if you have a Fido or non-Fido phone? If non-Fido, have you double checked if the data settings are still on your device?


3. Did you receive any messages indicating that you've used 100% of your data?
