son removed and lost sim card

 My son removed sim card....and lost it....

i have a replacement sim card...how do i register new card

Hello @Pjb1,

 

You can find the instructions on how to update the SIM card here.

 

You will require the number from the old card since it is lost then you will have to visit a Fido store or contact customer service and they will be able to update the SIM card for you.

Connected with service Rep after waiting for 40 minutes. I have 2 phones. I resolved an issue with one phone... Mind you I was disconnected from the Rep.... I know why...the phone I was using was deactivated... Why? Why MORE issues while trying to resolve another?
