prepaid Balance over $150 March 2020

As of March 2020 is there a limit to the carry forward balance on prepaid accounts of $150.  This was announced, then pospostponed.  Is it in effect?.

Secondly there seems to be no way to go online myself and extend my expiration date by using some of my balance (used to be $50 for 6 months).  The phone lines are very very long.  How can I do this?

Can someone from Fido answer these two questions please.

Hey @Edjackson

We're looking into it, we'll be able to give you more information regarding this soon.

As for your expiration date, let me send you a PM and we'll look into it.

It is May 14, 2020 and my balance is over $160.

I read somewhere that I can use $100 of my balance to extend for a year.

Please enlighten.  Much thanks.

Hey @annedyb,

That offer is unfortunately no longer available, and expired a while ago.

You can also contact us on these channels to reach a Fido representative for immediate assistance. We'll be more than happy to go over your available options.

The offer was around in March 2020... in above thread.

The link you to look for options loops back to this forum.

Please just list my options here.
