plan available in all provinces except Quebec

I mistakenly had Ontario selected and noticed they had a 60 gig North America Roaming plan for 34$ a month. It is actually offered in every province but Quebec. Why can't we have access to the same offer?

Some offers and promotions are offered for select provinces only. You can see this by selecting the proper province on the top right hand of the main page.  Feel free to keep an eye on Fido.ca for our ongoing offers and promotions.
