Adding a second line online

I went through the process of adding a line on fido.ca yesterday, but I didn't receive a confirmation email, and there was no indication that the line was added on my account page either. So I tried it again today with the same outcome. Is this just something that takes a while? If I now have two orders queued, is it possible to cancel one please?

I added a line for my daughter..I got e mail confirmation with temporary no..but how can my daughter get e sim
