number suspension question

I have called customer service twice to suspend my number because I go abroad. However, I recetly find out that I still get the bill and need to pay all of the months that I suspended. I first called at January and the second at March. I am not at Canada right now and can not call to customer service.

Sorry to hear your suspension was not applied, you will have to contact customer service so they can look into this for you. 

 

You can contact them even from outside of the country through any of the available methods listed here.
