Ordered Upgrade but no order confirmation

I ordered an upgrade to the Pixel 4XL 64GB white and my plan change confirmation came through but no Phone order confirmation. I did this on Friday and it says up to 5 business days to arrive, yet I haven't even received confirmation yet? Can you update me on where my order status is?

I ordered this on Friday and it's now Tuesday, which would mean the phone should arrive by this Friday. How long will the order take to process?

Normally, you should receive an email once the order has been processed. Once shipped, it can take up to 7 days before you get your order.
