not able to reached business customer support

Hi Fido Bussiness support, I am not sure if you are aware of the fact that your bussiness clients are unable to to get support? everytime i call i end up redirectred 4-5 times and go nowhere!!! you call center rouring process really sucks.... very frastrated as a bussiness customer i am wokring on canceling my services with you guys are horoble at service!!!  2 days trying to contact bussiness department technical support, its unacceptable !!!!! worce company ever

I'm really sorry to hear it's been so difficult to get in touch with our business team, it definitely shouldn't be like that. 

Depending on what kind of account you have with us, you may need to speak with a different team, but you should be able to call our Fido Business Services team simply by calling 1-877-275-3436.
