loyalty discounts transparency

if fido really care about their loyal customers...they should provide transparency on discounts for plans and hardware based on tenure...don't leave it to individual reps to decide who will get what level discounts.  these are not discounts on special sale such as black friday or boxing day.  i've seen people get 10% 25% 50% just by calling in to cancel or transfer to another provider.  I know a lot of the reps hate people like me but put yourselves on our you not want to get the best deals and discounts? it customer prerogative to get the best service at the lowest price
