iPhone 12 Pro Max gold

I placed an order for iPhone 12 Pro Max 128gb on November 22 and it wasn't showing any phone on my account yet. Now it's showing the phone as being a purchased as of yesterday, December 2nd. Does this mean it is shipping soon or that it has shipped? Neither my husband or I have received any emails.

This phone is currently back-ordered which means that delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks. The e-mail you received would mean that your order was processed and you'll receive another one confirming shipment.

I didn't get an email about this, however, it's showing the phone on my account now. I chatted in and they said it would 24-48 hours for me to get the shipping tracking number now that it was assigned to my line now. I wasn't sure how accurate this was @FidoAnthonyZ
