look i never posted anything in my life. now i am! i pay a lot of money to fido i have several accounts and my family does also. i have bben a customer for over 17 years. i really feel i deserve to talk with humanbeing. not jack or a voice mail or text or chat. i have been on the phone for hours.

Haha! That is a real pain! You need to keep pressing random numbers to reach out to some human, but only to find that Jack is still better!

I just start swearing at it until it offers me to talk to a rep.

Last time i type: I'M **bleep**ING LOGGED IN YOU USELESS **bleep** I WANT TO TALK TO SOMEONE.

It was pretty hilarious I wish i could upload the screenshot.

That said, you can definitely speak with a person through most of our contact methods.

 

- By phone, you can request a callback so someone reaches out when is convenient for you

- Live Chat allows you to speak with a specialist if AskJack (the virtual assistant) is unable to answer your questions

- By contacting customer service over social media via private messages (available on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram).

This is funny because right now I'm trying to do "Live Chat" and a totally blank window has come up.

Fido may have the most disfunctional enterprise website I have ever seen among some really bad other ones.
