how much does it cost to send a text messgae out side of canada

i have the fido plus35 plan. I am In the Dominican Republic right for a holiday and My plan says it have unlimited international text msgs Canada and US but does that only mean If I am in Canada? If it is charging me because i am not in canada how much does. it cost per message

That's correct its free if you are in Canada and sending text. If you are in the Dominican Republic and using your phone to send texts or make calls and if you have the Fido roam then you will pay $15 a day and you can use your phone just like if you were in Canada.
