Is FIDO phone support always a joke?

I tried to call them and all I had was listening to stupid Music for a very very long time! They should improve that like other company to let you know how many customers ahead of you and how much time approximate you need to wait.

I know they had the option to get a call back if the phones are flooded i'm not sure if that changed.
