home phone voicemail showing message that doesn't exist

My home phone voicemail seems to have screwed up.

It blinks showing there is a message and I have the beeping dial tone.

When I go into the voice mail it says I have 1 new message to listen press 1

I press 1 and right away it says I have no more messages for you. There is no time voice of length of message.

There is no option to press 7 to erase or 9 to save. When I press either 7 or 9 it doesnt do anything. 

I think I need my voie mail reset and cleared?

In order to have your voicemail cleared and reset, you'd need to reach out to customer service through any of our channels.
