Swap numbers on same account

I've seen posts about this from the 2000s and at the time it was not possible. Is swapping numbers between two lines under one account possible now? Ooor is it possible to transfer the device balance of line 1 to line 2?

Welcome to the Community.

It's not possible to switch the phone numbers or the agreement of two lines.

However, an option would be to swap the SIM card between two phones in order to exchange both the phone number and agreement.

It's important to note that the plan would also follow, though!
