Hi all, today morning December 12 , 2024 , I just port my prepaid fido number to Rogers, within one hour done.
Before I tell the sales rep. to do port the number, I ask twice that deadline will extend to Feb. 2025 or not, the answer is no extend, then I go for it. Afteroon at 1:00pm , I received a sms from fido said that the ending date extending to Feb. 20, 2025 .
Now I lost the remaining prepaid balance $ fifty something. If they tell me ahead, then I will have two more months to use the remain balance, although that not much money, but I have the privilege to use it all, right ?
