i just added a line to my existing account and received 2gb free data thru the Fido website. The sim is to be mailed to my address, but the first attempt was failed because my old address was used. So the sim was returned by UPS to the Fido shop. Now I'm still waiting for the sim may be sent to my new address, but its already 2 weeks passed. My question is: I hope they bill me from the day I enrolled new line, but when does the actual billing start in this case?

It definitely should not take this long to receive the sim card. Usually, the billing starts from the day the order is shipped. Let me send you a PM to see how your account is set up.
