Activation SIM card not valid

Help! Not valid when updating. Can I just use my old SIM card ?

Are you updating the sim card for a prepaid account or postpaid? If it's for prepaid, you have to go to a store with a piece of photo ID. 

As for your old sim card, if it is still valid, you can certainly use it.

I had similar problem when I had an new sim and tried to update transfer online and did not work. so I used old sim. u should goto the fido store bring the new sim too. the store should give u an new sim replacement for free. also make sure that the store staff check ur phone settings such as apn.
