Hi there,
I ordered a device online and got a comfirmation letter with the correct shipment address on the day when I put the order. However, today I received an email with updated shipment info showing that the phone is sent to my old address.... I do not understand why such issue happened...What should I do now? is it possible to correct the address? the package is not sent out yet according to the carrier website info.
