I cant believe what I just saw right now with fido. 11yrs with fido. am total disappointed. you need to be upfront with your costomers. I just got 200 device recovery fees. its wrong I should have been told about it. this is highway robbery. I have to change to another phone company.

I'm sad to read that you were surprised to see device recovery fees on your bill. These fees are linked to the discount you got on your phone and are only charged if you cancel your contract. This happens if you cancel your service, move to a different type of plan than the one you were on when you signed your contract or if you renew your contract before its end date.
