change number to landline number and port to fido from rogers

I want to change one of the 3 numbers under my control from a 226 area code to my 519 land line number and porting from rogers to fido. Is this possible online or do I need to go to a store?

  Welcome to the community!

  To clarify, is your 519 landline number from Rogers? If so, you should be able to port your landline number to your Fido line. While you would need to contact customer service to initiate the port-over, you would also need to contact Rogers to approve the port request since a landline cannot receive a SMS verification (see here). In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
