I recently changed my number because my old number was cancelled, Now I got a new number from Fido again and logged in with the same e-mail address. But when I try to log in MyAccount app it shows me my old number which is cancelled so I am not able to use the app at all. How can I change my account number in the app ? I couldn't find a way to change the account number to the new one, or is there any way that I can delete the connection between my cancelled account and my e-mail? I need help due to see my usage and make my payment thanks.

You would need to contact customer service to request your email be dissociated from your old cancelled account. Once separated, you should be able to set-up your new account with your email address. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
