captcha problems

I tried to access my account to pay my bill but I coundn't get pass captcha even though I tried for over 15 minutes.


Hi eddyodif, question for you, do you have pop ups turned off on your browsers?  If you are trying to sign in on your mobile device, Maybe you can change your browser to desktop site and try signing in again. You can do this by tapping on the 3 dots on the upper right-hand side of the browser and turn on the desktop site. Sometimes chrome or others automatically block the ability to interact with captcha or pop ups and won't proceed to the next page.

I'm thinking that this may be your issue.  Please let me know if you try it and whether or not it works for you.

You have 3 ways to solve it.

1. The best thing to do is to try with another browser. 

If not working:

2. Try with another lte network, or internet provider.

or 3. Try with another device.

I hope your problem will be solved.
