my phone (Samsung Galaxy S22+) is a Fido contract phone.
I can not receive the net code from Australian bank.
I first contacted the Australian bank customer service many times. They said that the number and country code were correctly and tried many times, but my phone did not receive it, and I also checked trash messages. Then I called Fido for tech support. They also said no problem on their side, but I still couldn't receive the net code.
Can anyone help?

Only the short codes that are approved by The Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association (CWTA) can be received on your phone.
