Sorry to hear the screen on your phone broke. Did you have device protection for the device? If you did, you can initiate the repair process via My Account. If you did not have device protection, Fido does have their Repair Program. You should note that there will likely be an estimate fee for the repair. If you choose to continue with the repair, the repair fee will be charged and the estimate fee will not apply.
